Remote Data Entry

Lockbox Enterprise Data-Entry (LBX-EDE): Supports remote/centralized data-entry via a web thin client application.  The data-entry operator can key from any PC that has a web connection allowing for flexible work environments and locations.  LBX-EDE will support lockbox level distributed data-entry for the following lockbox functions: Check Entry, Duplicate Entry, Invoice Data-Entry, Transaction Balancing, Non-Financial Data-Entry and Acceptable Payee Verification.  Depending on workflow and business rules established for a given lockbox, the user will be able to set any or all of these lockbox functions to the LBX-EDE workflow.
