Remote Capture

Lockbox Full Capture (LFC): You or your customers can scan a variety of documents using any TWAIN compatible scanner (from manufacturers such as Bell & Howell®, Panasonic®, and Canon®), from one location and transfer the images and data to any other location for processing. Capture the entire transaction; envelopes, checks, and/or full-page white paper, in color, grayscale or black and white. Use the optional review queue to check the quality of scanned items before releasing them through a secure file transfer. The solution also features an on-screen item list of specific transactions, item type and MICR information. It includes event logs, and configurable user confirmation prompts. LFC can be operated separately or in conjunction with your centralized processing environment.
