Image Transfer

LITS (Lockbox Image Transfer System): Is an electronic delivery vehicle for images, reports and data files via direct transmission or CD-ROM output, delivering every captured document from the bank to the corporate client. Once received, the corporate client has a complete set of tools to perform dynamic inquiries based on any data element coming from the check MICR line, or fields entered manually. The client can view and print all images, enjoying a greater range of capabilities, such as the ability to conduct an in-house analysis of transactions processed by the bank.

Web Delivery

Access-Plus: Allows for on-line viewing of images, data, and reports captured by the Lockbox system. We brand the Access-Plus website to match the design of your current on-line banking site. We can develop single sign-on connectivity for seamless flow from site-to-site. Your customers will have real-time, intra-day access to images, transactions, transmission downloads, reports as well as historical transactions. Advanced multi-level search capabilities allow your customers to easily locate transactions, reports and exception items using expanded Boolean search criteria. Images can be opened in .pdf format for printing and may also download reports and data transmissions directly to external storage devices.

Fax Delivery

FaxServer: Allows you to automatically send deposit reports, as well as any custom reports, directly to your lockbox clients via fax. CMS is also a licensed reseller of FaxFacts, a workstation module from Copia International. The fax process runs unattended and eliminates the need for an operator to manually fax information to the corporate client. Additionally, FaxServer automatically handles busy signals and supports numerous retires.

ImageFax: As an upgrade to Fax Delivery, ImageFax converts images captured and maintained within our Wholesale Lockbox solution into files readable by a standard fax machine. Once rendered, the images are delivered directly to FaxServer for transmission. Customer specific criteria, such as minimum dollar amount, may be enabled to increase efficiency when faxing check images. Through our import process, you can also easily place logos and professional banners on report headers.
