Check 21

CheckFlex21:  Converts scanned check images to the X9.37 export file format for compliance with federal requirements established by the Check 21 Act. Because of the many different ‘flavors’ of this file format; we have built-in the ability to include/exclude the many record types that makes up the X9.37 output file. Additionally, our solution provides the means for rendering the electronic deposit ticket, including a full MICR line, as well as annotating the rear check images with the required endorsements and audit trails. CheckFlex21 utilizes the previously captured front and rear check images, as well as other related documentation. The utility also features a reviewing queue to assure the quality of the images and the corresponding data.

Accounts Receivables Conversion (ARC)

ARC: Allows for the conversion of paper based checks for electronic presentment to the Automated Clearing House or “ACH.”  Scanned checks are referenced against a national decision database to determine eligibility for electronic conversion. Checks that do not qualify for conversion (business checks, client opt outs, etc.) are processed for paper deposit. Qualifying checks by-pass encoding and are out-sorted to separate pockets on the transport, then and added to the ARC file for electronic presentment to the ACH. Your customer will benefit from reduced handling time, data entry costs and expedited access to electronically deposited funds.
