Exception Processing

Web Enabled Exception Processing: Customers can view all exception items and make accept/reject decisions while viewing items online, with the flexibility to pre-sort the exception items into batches, or allow operators to identify exception transactions during data-entry.

Exception Batches: Presorted exception items can be imaged and either faxed to the customer or made available for online review. If the online review method is implemented, customers can decision these items as either Accept or Reject but this method is limited to same day adjudication.

Exception Depot: Allows for transaction level adjudication to the web allowing your customer to decision transactions without the need to hold-up other items from being deposited. Also eliminates the need to re-image the items and greatly reduces the amount of vital cash that would otherwise be withheld. Use of this method is not limited to same day adjudication; instead it is configurable based on your operational needs. 

Non-Financial Processing

DocuManage-Plus: Allows for image-based processing of transactions that do not contain checks, often referred to as Correspondence Only work. Users can capture images and vital customer data for output to reports, transmission files or the Internet. It is also suitable for document content management of everything from contracts, legal agreements, account authorization forms and credit applications to insurance documents, and healthcare EOBs. Images and data can be captured into an existing financial lockbox as a non-financial batch with the option to key a separate set of data fields. Data can be clustered with financial information or output as separate reports and transmissions.
