Image Based Keying

Key From Image (KFI): Operators can key invoice data fields directly from an invoice image, rather than the physical source documents, making it essential for remote data-entry. Image-based keying eliminates the need to move paper invoices around the lockbox department where they can become lost, damaged, or destroyed. Data fields can be assigned to a specific document type (check or invoice, front or rear) and to a specific region within the document. Operators can employ this automated zoom feature or manually zoom to a specific area of the image. A full set of image manipulation tools, including image flip and rotation, are available. Additionally an operator may enable a “red line place marker” when keying a multi-line invoice such as check and list.

Scripting

EasyScript: A robust scripting utility built into Lockbox-Plus to accommodate complex data-entry processing. Using Microsoft VB Scripting language, individual scripts can be written in-house or by CMS developers to enable enhanced flexibility for validation of data-entry invoice forms, import of receivables data, and customer notifications during data-entry. Scripts can also be run manually for system management functions or importing customer data. This utility allows for any special processing that you or your customers may request. For data security, all scripts are encrypted and must be created using the CMS scripting editor.

Workflow Management

Tracker-Plus: Your operations group will be able to monitor the amount of work in the system across multiple sites. This will help your supervisors determine how to distribute work across operators by viewing the status of all your lockbox processing globally, by environment, by individual lockbox, and even specific batches, all in real-time. The system will also allow for creation of volume summary reports by site or globally, and by date range.
