CMS-Transport

CMS-Transport: Is designed to capture check images, including MICR line, and eliminate the need to physically move documents from station to station within the lockbox shop. The solution interfaces directly or via third-party capture applications with virtually all high-speed check transports. Once the check images and associated MICR lines have been captured and passed to the Lockbox-Plus system for data entry and reconciliation, the checks are then run through the transport again for endorsements, audit trails, and encoding, as well as separating rejects.

Open Scanner Interface

LBX-OSI:  Allows users to import data and images captured via third-party or OEM scanning software directly into the Lockbox-Plus system for processing. CMS has developed interfaces for several of the industry’s top scanner manufacturers, including IBML, OPEX, and BancTec, and has additional interfaces in development.  LBX-OSI is an XML-based solution which regularly polls for new files created by a scanner’s capture software. When found, the resultant XML file is automatically converted and imported into the Lockbox-Plus system and the XML file is preserved in archive for future reference.   

Remote Capture

Lockbox Full Capture (LFC): You or your customers can scan a variety of documents using any TWAIN compatible scanner (from manufacturers such as Bell & Howell®, Panasonic®, and Canon®), from one location, and transfer the images and data to any other location for processing. Capture the entire transaction; envelopes, checks-only, and/or full-page white paper, in color, grayscale or black and white. Use the optional review queue to check the quality of scanned items before releasing them through a secure file transfer. The solution also features an on-screen item list of specific transactions, item type and MICR information. It includes event logs, and configurable user confirmation prompts. LFC can be operated separately or in conjunction with your centralized processing environment.
