Retail Lockbox

CMS-Plus is an image-based, retail/hybrid lockbox solution. The system allows users to capture available information from the OCR line as well as append additional customer required fields.

Using menu driven functions, the process of keying and reconciling check amounts, verifying and correcting coupon scan lines, creating deposit tickets, and supplying customers with captured coupon data is simple and straightforward.

The system also allows for cash applications, necessary for efficient processing of mutual fund accounts, newspaper remittances or mortgage payments. Processors now have the ability to allocate one payment into different investment funds. They can designate additional monies to newspaper tips or qualify how much should be applied to additional principal, escrow or late payments.

CMS-Plus is easy to use, features quick account set-up, and does not require programming expertise to manage, maintain, or operate.
