Tracker-Plus: Your operations group will be able to monitor the amount of work in the system across multiple sites. This will help your supervisors determine how to distribute work across operators by viewing the status of all your lockbox processing globally, by environment, by individual lockbox, and even specific batches, all in real-time. The system will also allow for creation of volume summary reports by site or globally, and by date range.

Intelligent Coupon Recognition

MarkSense: Is designed specifically to work with retail payment coupons. This CMS-Plus internal recognition engine is able to calculate the presence of hand-written information appearing within any of up to 16 user-defined coupon zones. These customizable zones may be assigned to the front and/or back of the coupon using our easy-to-use interface complete with a zone testing option. Users can report on the number of zones containing input, print front/back of coupons with zones containing input, create an image “pass 3” data entry queue of just the coupons that registered a ‘hit’, and include zone status in customer outputs, such as transmission and daily reports.
